I highly recommend choosing Grifaldo Properties when moving to the Jacksonville, NC area. We rented for about 2 years before we had orders to move, but in that time Grifaldo responded to every maintenance request in a timely manner and staff were always friendly over the phone/in person. Our move out process was as painless as possible due to their organization and step by step checklist. It was a great personal touch as well to receive their severe weather readiness emails. A great, overall experience with this company. If we ever receive orders to return, I will definitely be contacting Grifaldo.

We were so pleased with their property management services. From finding tenants to completing maintenance requests/repairs they made owning a rental across the country stress free. Kimberly Guice and the entire team were exceptionally helpful and responsive to all of my numerous inquiries throughout the entire process—from applying for one of their rental properties and scheduling a tour to moving in and getting settled. They made the move-in experience seamless and even facilitated an earlier move-in date for us when the buyers of our home wanted to close early.

My family and I greatly appreciate Kimberly's attentiveness and kind nature, as well as the overall professionalism of Grifaldo Properties. Every question I have, whether asked via email or over the phone, is answered with kindness and patience. I never feel like I'm bothering them with even the smallest queries.

Jess was the honest, down to earth realtor we needed! She was honest and had clear communication from start to end of selling our home. Jess truly had our best interest at heart and was able to provide excellent customer service and an expeditious sale of our home.

If google would allow me to give 10 stars I would. Jess was an amazing realtor. My wife and I bought our first home about a month ago. With it being the first time naturally we did not know anything about the process, but that was not an issue since Jess walked us through the process. She helped us find a beautiful home with in our price range and in a good neighborhood. I can not express enough how thankful we were to have such a knowledgeable and friendly realtor.

We had talked to other realtors here in Jacksonville and they were always pushy to make an offer or waited to long to return our calls. Christy was great she never rushed us, worked around our schedules, and always got back to us fast. She made us feel like friends not just clients!

Christy is the type of person that will go above and beyond; she will do anything for you, and she is personable and ambitious.

She told us if we ever needed anything to call her, even if it was to watch our one year old until we found a daycare. I found a daycare, but I was scheduled to work a late shift at my new job and had no babysitter, so I called her up and she took excellent care of her! Every time we see her in passing she always takes time to ask us how we are and how our house is! She went above and beyond for us and we will never forget it!
