My husband and I moved back to NC after he got home from deployment. We moved back the day after Christmas in 2015 and we tried to find a house within reason to rent. When we saw our home now listed on Grifaldo Properties we knew it was the one we wanted. We didn't have much time to find a house because we were living in a hotel with our 2 month old son. The ladies were extremely thoughtful and helpful with getting us into the house ASAP. Since then we haven't had any issues with the company. We then recently decided we wanted to purchase our first home and I knew I didn't want to go through anyone else but Christy and her ladies. We began our search. At first I was nervous because I've never done this before but Christy was there with answers to any questions we had! After a long search, we think we may have found our perfect home! Christy was even so excited she took us back for a second viewing of the home that day and sat with us for a good amount of time answering any questions we had. She brought a new agent with her, Caitlyn (sp), and she was incredible. She helped with viewing of the homes, she even chased around my 14 month old! Christy is extremely thoughtful and willing to help. You can tell this isn't just a job, it's her life! You can certainly tell she is all about the client and selling or renting you the home you want and not just sticking you a house that is run down or beat up. I will no longer be doing business with any other agency unless we have to move out of state or out of area. I even enjoy that the ladies in her office are so welcoming and the office is a beautiful environment to be in! The ladies welcome you with open arms! I throughly enjoy being a client of Grifaldo Properties. Highly recommend them and will recommend to anyone!
